Flat Tire "BMX Practice"

Today we are at our home track “Rad Canyon BMX” for the last practice before the Utah State championship. Idan has a flat tire that we only learned about when we got there. Iley tries some back bends and the runs of with the camera and I have fun filming.

Good Dad is Family friendly glimpse into the life of a single father and his daily adventures with his 2 amazing kids who race BMX. We are always on our bikes so plan on seeing lots of BMX racing along with random events, pranks, challenges, arts and crafts, park reviews, and every day living.
