Living minutes from Skypark, we haven’t suffered much from winter riding blues, but we have nevertheless been anticipating Snow Valley’s season opening for some time and we were glad to use Rachel’s Birthday as a perfect reason to get there to ride.

The trails definitely didn’t disappoint. Existing trails have been improved, extended and refined and new trails are opening as I edit this. Sadly, this video won’t do justice to the beauty of the place and the editing has been brief due to the passing of our best friend Fern just two days after the ride :(.
