Whole Enchilada Round 2 Moab, UT | Mountain Bike | MTB

Second time on the Whole Enchilada. It was June so there was still snow in the La Sal mountains that prevented starting at Burro Pass. The starting trailhead was Hazzard County, which begins with a short but steep climb to your high point of the trip. Ultimately, starting here means you’re doing 5/6 of the Enchilada, not quite the WHOLE ENCHILADA.
